Dear Meditator,

Welcome to this journey that can deeply transform and enhance your life. The most important thing is to bring an attitude of acceptance, curiosity, and kindness to your practice.

I encourage you to practice one meditation over a period of time, as it takes time to develop the habit. You may continue to enjoy the guided practice but you may also want to experiment with doing it on your own – after you’ve become comfortable with it.

Give yourself the gift of practicing daily, even if it’s for a short period of time. Join the millions of people who have entered this path. May these practices bring you freedom, peace, and healing!
